A 30-year-old Russian from Linz is accused of having brought a total of 1.2 kg of heroin profitably into circulation in the urban areas of Linz and Steyr between the end of 2019 and the beginning of March 2021. The man obtained the drug through several procurement trips in Vienna.
In addition, a 25-year-old woman from Linz and a 23-year-old Serb from Linz were able to find out who helped the main perpetrator in his drug deals. It was also possible to identify six sub-distributors who sold the heroin in Linz and Steyr. The 30-year-old was arrested by order of the Linz public prosecutor’s office and taken to the Linz prison. Like the other accused and numerous customers, he is reported to the public prosecutor’s office.
