10 absurd ways to get pregnant without wanting to!

During menstruation, with a finger, during an anal intercourse … Getting pregnant in these ways seems impossible, and yet in some cases, you may well be fertilized! Discover with us 10 absurd ways of unwanted pregnancy.

Today, we know all the different methods of contraception, and we generally have control over our pregnancies. However, an accident can happen quickly, and there are some really unexpected (and nonsense) ways to get pregnant, which you may never have heard of. Of course, these are rare and very unlikely cases. But an improbable thing, it is not inevitably impossible … you will quickly understand it by reading this article.

1. Getting pregnant when you have your period …

Did you know that sperm can stay active in you for up to five days after intercourse? This means that if you have unprotected sex at the end of your menstrual cycle and start ovulating earlier, you may get pregnant without your knowledge!

2. Getting pregnant using condoms…

Yes, it is possible, if the condoms are old or have been exposed to very high or very low temperatures. Both heat and cold can damage them (they are made to work between 5 ° and 37 °), and the expiration date is not only there to make it beautiful: old condoms lose their elasticity and their effectiveness. Better to drop and put the leg part back in the air!

3. Getting pregnant during anal intercourse …

Is it really possible? Not if the sperm just enters the anal canal. But it can happen that during sodomy, a small amount of sperm flows into the opening of the vagina, which, as you know, is not so far … Does this seem incredible to you? Better be careful anyway!

4. Getting pregnant by taking a bath together…

If your partner loses sperm while you are together in a bathtub and the liquid stagnates in the water, it could be able to enter the vagina, without even without penetration! Yes, it is unlikely (and even a little crazy). But not impossible. Any sexual intercourse during which sperm is found near the vagina therefore carries a risk of pregnancy.

5. Getting pregnant by opening the condom with your teeth (or with the new pointed manicure)…

Condoms are not indestructible. Ask yourself if they would be able to support a pointed canine or your beautiful nail, freshly filed and varnished with manicure … In short, go slowly, if you want to open it naughty with your teeth (or fingers).

6. Getting pregnant even if you take the pill…

It can also happen. Never forget that contraceptive methods, including the pill, are not 100% effective … With a little luck, you can be part of the small percentage of women who become pregnant despite the pill (or the IUD for example ).

7. Getting pregnant by using condoms with extra lubricant…

These two elements are not always made to be together, on the contrary! Be aware that the condom is already coated with lubricant – so it is not necessarily necessary to add it. If you use lubricant during foreplay and then use a condom, be careful! It could slip on the penis (and maybe even get lost in you). In addition, it would appear that certain oil-based substances or creams have the terrible ability to damage latex. Better to avoid or use only water-based lubricant.

8. Getting pregnant with a finger…

It may surprise you (and yet), but if a finger, either your own or your partner's, ends up in your vagina while it is covered in semen, you can get pregnant.

9. Getting pregnant with your underwear…

You wonder if this is science fiction, don't you? And yet it can also happen. Rest assured, it is impossible to be fertilized through clothing. On the other hand, if during your caresses, your partner ejaculates on your underwear and the sperm runs right where the pants are moved or opened … it could be that it reaches the entrance of the vagina . Yes we admit it is difficult, and even improbable. But again, not impossible.

10. Get pregnant while you are already pregnant!

If the previous point looked like science fiction, this one looks more like a horror movie. However, this phenomenon exists, and it is called "superficiality". This is the implantation of a new pregnancy into a uterus that already contains a developing pregnancy. This can happen if you are pregnant and continue to ovulate. We reassure you right away, this is an extremely rare phenomenon in humans (although common in animals).
