The recipe for the zucchini and mozzarella potato gratin

Ingredients :

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 2 beautiful zucchini
  • 2 large onions
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 50 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 40 cl liquid cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of oregano
  • salt pepper

The preparation stages:

Step 1 : Put your oven to preheat thermostat 6-7 (200 ° C).

2nd step : Bring a large amount of salted water to a boil, and put the peeled and washed potatoes in it to cook for about 20 minutes. They should still be a little firm at the end of this pre-cooking. Drain them and then refresh them before cutting them into fairly thin slices.

Step 3: Peel and chop the onions. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown them until they are tender. Salt, pepper and add 1 tsp. of oregano. Mix well and set aside.

  • 1 zucchini

  • 6 tablespoons olive oil

The preparation stages:

Step 1 : Preheat the thermostat oven 7 (200 ° C).
