10 years later, Dragon’s Dogma II is getting ready

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the series, a special live for the saga was held, revealing in passing that Dragon’s Dogma II is in development. Developed and published by Capcom, the game has no release date or platforms announced yet.

For the moment, the information is thin regarding this sequel. All that is known is that the development is ongoing and the engine of the game is the RE Engine. The developers are very proud of what they are preparing and hope that players will find what made the charm of the first title. We can however assume that this announcement is preparing a release for the year 2023, and on all platforms, like its predecessor.

License little known, it is nonetheless cult among connoisseurs. But the release a few months earlier of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim pushed the game somewhat into oblivion before it even arrived. Its sequel should be able to benefit from a better launch, thanks in particular to the players won over the years.
