1000mercis: The Group’s net profit is 1 ME

(Boursier.com) — The consolidated revenue of the 1000mercis Group as of December 31, 2021 amounted to €68.9 million, up 17.8% compared to December 31, 2020. After a 24% increase in the first half of 2021, revenue growth slowed in the second half and stood at 13%. Purchases and external charges as well as personnel charges increased by 4% and amount to E38.3 ME and E24.4 ME respectively.
The increase in operating expenses, which is lower than that of revenue, results in particular from the exceptional savings and optimization efforts made in 2020.
Depreciation and amortization allowances increased by 17% in 2021, the result of increased claims, particularly in trade receivables.

Operating income before goodwill amortization was €0.9m, compared to -€5.7m at December 31, 2020. Operating income after goodwill amortization was 0.6 ME as of December 31, 2021. The Group’s net income is 1 ME.
As of December 31, 2021, the Group’s equity amounted to €33 million.
