1&1 down: Customers report problems with their Internet connection

Don’t have internet anymore? This is how many customers of the telecommunications company 1&1 have been feeling since around 11 a.m. today, June 8th. Users mainly tell us about problems with their internet and telephone connection via our fault indicator.

According to our disruption map, most customers around the cities of Hamburg, Berlin and Leipzig seem to be affected. Many users also report failures, mostly in western Germany around Gelsenkirchen.

The disruption may only last for a short time, so with a little patience you’ll be able to get back online soon. If there is any news about the ongoing problems at 1&1, we will keep you posted here.
