Many 1&1 customers are currently frustrated because they are having problems with their phone and internet. They report this to us using our 1&1 fault reporting service.
Customers are also reporting on X (formerly Twitter). 1&1 has already commented on this and confirmed that DSL disruptions are occurring in the Böblingen and Stuttgart areas.
Technicians are said to be already working on a solution, but it is not known when everything will be working normally again. It is best to be patient for a while.
