If you use the services of the Internet and mobile phone provider 1&1, it may be that not everything is working smoothly on the morning of December 6th. Several hundred users report to us via our 1&1 fault reporter that they are currently having problems.
According to the reports, the Internet connection is particularly affected, although there are also occasional outages in the telephone connection, TV reception and mobile communications. However, with over 70 percent of reports, internet problems clearly make up the largest share.
Avoid 1&1 disruption: This is how it could work
There is currently no end to the disruption in sight. But if this takes longer, you might be able to try out some of our tips for a better internet connection. If the connection error is yours, you can work around the problem this way. You can also try to use 1&1’s offer via the provider’s various apps to avoid the problems. Any difficulties with these have hardly been reported to us so far.
