The internet provider 1&1 is apparently struggling with a problem. Readers are increasingly reporting problems with the Internet connection.
Many 1&1 customers from all over Germany are currently reporting problems with their Internet connection to our fault reporter. It is not yet clear what caused the disruption.
There also seems to be problems nationwide at Telekom.
We’ve provided a few Internet problem solutions that you might be able to use to fix the problem yourself. If that doesn’t help, you have to wait until the disturbance has calmed down.
