1&1: There are problems with the internet and mobile network on Thursday evening

1&1 customers will probably find it difficult to access the Internet or make calls via the mobile network on Thursday evening. As over 300 users have reported to us via our fault reporter for 1&1, there are apparently problems with the telecommunications provider’s services.

Most reports report problems with the internet connection. Occasionally we also receive reports of faults in the telephone connection. The provider has not yet posted a statement about the disruption on social media. The problems have been going on for quite a while and could continue into the late evening hours.
