A 12-year-old college girl ended her life after weeks of school bullying. His family is trying to warn about this scourge that has raged since the start of the school year.

Contacted by France Blue, her big sister Lindsay says that Chanel “Cried easily” to go to college. “She said she had back pain but it was often an excuse not to go to school, especially to sport, because many children did not want to participate with her”. According to her, her little sister’s days seemed to go better in the days before her death. “She was slack, for her school was hard, but now it’s been a week since everything was going well.”

On Facebook, Chanel’s mother explains that her daughter “Suffered harassment” since the start of the school year in September. “It doesn’t just happen with other people. Parents, family, friend, keep a close eye. Not enough prevention in schools, colleges and high schools ”, she wrote in a message posted on the social network. She assures him, the death of her daughter “Will not go unpunished”. For now, the family of Chanel has not announced if it will file a complaint.
