The onlookers were thoroughly enthusiastic. “We came here especially with our son. We used to take part in a few parades ourselves, now the three of us watch,” says a couple who came with their seven-year-old son. A couple of pensioners is standing further back. You happened to join the parade, but you stayed. “As a young girl, I used to go out partying in the streets lightly dressed. I think it’s great that young people are still doing it today,” says the woman.
