13-year-old girl found dead, boyfriend admits killing her

Suspected of being the author of the crime, the boyfriend of the teenager found dead in Clessé has just confessed to his crime. Only 14 years old, he admitted the facts while in police custody.

During a press conference, the public prosecutor of Mâcon, Éric Jallet explained that the boyfriend of the teenager found dead in the village of Clessé, confessed to his crime. The thesis of the breakup had been mentioned by the investigators. The profile of the young man was quickly identified. Placed in police custody, the teenager confessed to the murder.

Eric Jallet explained that “His first statements confirm that he committed the acts of intentional homicide. He admits having, as usual for a few days, agreed on an appointment with the young girl, whom he had provided with a knife, placed in his sleeve.”

According to the prosecutor, when the victim’s boyfriend was arrested, his hands showed signs of cuts. Moreover the boy would have already implied that he had the project to hurt his girlfriend. “HeThey had, since the beginning of the week, the habit of meeting between midnight and four o’clock in the village of Clessé. The friends explained that this boy had in the past said disturbing words”, explained the prosecutor. It is these testimonies that made it possible to follow the trail of the boyfriend.

A violent and shocking murder

On Thursday, June 9, 2022, the lifeless body of this 13 year old teenage girl was found in this small village of barely a thousand inhabitants, located about fifteen kilometers from Mâcon. It was a local resident who alerted the gendarmerie when she discovered the girl’s body on the public highway, behind the village’s primary school, around 6:30 a.m. If the circumstances of her death have not yet been determined, she has, according to information from BFM-TVreceived a stab in the throatdirecting investigators to the criminal trail.

Educated in the fourth class at the Victor-Hugo college located in Lugny, the young girl was very well known in the village of Clessé, where she had completed all her schooling. “She is a somewhat reserved child, but very much loved, who had many friends, was supported”, thus describes Pierre N’Gahane, the rector of the Dijon academy. Well integrated into her establishment, the 13-year-old girl was “a child without problems, who worked well” and was not, a priori, the subject of school harassment. “We do not understand what happened, we expect a lot from the judicial investigation. […] The whole college is deeply saddened by this situation. What happened is incomprehensible”told the rector to BFM TV.

A psychological unit set up

According The Journal of Saône-et-Loire, the discovery of this body generated a lot of emotion in the town of Clessé. The school, near which the body of the teenager was found, was closed for the day. A psychological unit has also been set up at the Victor-Hugo college in Lugny where Pierre N’Gahane and Mayalen Laxague, general secretary of the national education services of Saône-et-Loire, went to provide their support. to all students and the educational community.
