Sunday June 19, a 14-year-old teenager died after falling from the 9th floor of his building in Firminy, in the Loire. An investigation has been opened to clarify the circumstances of the tragedy.
This is a real drama which occurred in the Loire, Sunday, June 19 afternoon. In Firminy, a town located between Lyon and Le-Puy-en-Velay, a 14-year-old fell from the 9th floor of his apartment building, in the Mail district. As reported Progress, the young boy fell out of the window around 4 p.m. before succumbing to his fall. What happened ? Did he jump on purpose? Did he slip? Was he pushed? For now, the circumstances of his death are not yet known. According to the newspaper, An investigation has been opened by the Saint-Etienne public prosecutor’s office in order toelucidate this matter.
According to France Bluelocal residents present at the bottom of the building witnessed the scene. These witnesses immediately called for help. Once there, the latter found that the teenager was in cardio-respiratory arrest and proceeded to cardiac massage to save him. They were ultimately unable to resuscitate him. The teenager died a few minutes after his fall, in front of his building.
Residents in shock after tragedy
