Around 1,980 corona vaccination appointments in Carinthia have to be postponed. According to the state press service, this affects those people who were invited to Klagenfurt for the first vaccination with Moderna next Wednesday and Thursday.
The background is a delivery bottleneck at the manufacturer Moderna. The second vaccinations planned for this week are also affected. A solution is currently being worked on.
Those affected were informed and asked to book a new appointment for the weekend. For Klagenfurt, for example, Friday was fully booked within a short time. The deadline for new bookings ends on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at midnight.
