2 million admissions: the sequel to this hit comedy has a release date!


The release date of “Retirement home 2” with Kev Adams and Jean Reno has just been revealed.

Released in our theaters on February 16, 2022, Thomas Gilou’s comedy, Maison de Retraite with Kev Adams, Jarry, Gérard Depardieu, Daniel Prévost, Mylene Demongeot, Jean-Luc Bideau, Liliane Rovere, Firmine Richard and Marthe Villalonga brought more than 2 million spectators in French cinemas.

Faced with this great success, the producers quickly decided to produce a sequel written by Kev Adams and directed this time by Claude Zidi Jr. (Les Déguns, Ténor). The distributor has just announced the release date of Maison de Retraite 2. The feature film will be released on February 14, 2024 in our theaters.

Filming since April 24, Retirement Home 2 features new residents. Thus, Kev Adams and Jarry will be surrounded by Jean Reno, Michel Jonasz, Enrico Macias, Amanda Lear, Chantal Ladesou, Brahim Bouhlel, Stéphane Debac, Louna Espinosa and Anne Marivin.
