2:2 in Stripfing – Dornbirn remain in the race

Stripfing started with a few top-class players, but Dornbirn got the early goal. Defender Lackner was the last man to slip with the ball, Ramon gratefully accepted the gift, went around goalie Kretschmer and slotted in to make it 1-0 for the Rothosen. They should have followed up afterwards – but Felix Mandl finished twice instead of playing across. Instead, the home team equalized, FCD keeper Jakob Odehnal didn’t look good when he took the direct free kick, which bounced unpleasantly on the wet ground. Not even when he poorly cleared a high ball a little later, which resulted in the score being 1-2.
