The date is now known: July 11. The Strasbourg designer and manufacturer of high-performance servers will finally publish its 2021-2022 annual results (financial year ending in February) in a week, it announced in a brief press release published on Friday July 1. The reasons for this postponement have still not been revealed, but, on the stock market, investors fear the worst, as evidenced by the 25% fall in the share price in five days. In theory, each listed company is required to report its results within four months of the end of its financial year. For 2CRSI, the deadline was therefore set for June 28… It will be exceeded by fifteen days.
It’s not the first time this has happened. Already, in May 2021, the group had postponed the publication of its annual results because of the setbacks of Blade, one of its customers, of which it was also a shareholder. So far, 2CRSI has only revealed its 2021-2022 turnover: it amounted to 182 million euros, up 11.4% over one year.
