2crsi: The postponement of the publication of 2CRSI accounts is struggling to pass

(BFM Bourse) – As the end of the legal period of four months after the end of the financial year arrives, the Strasbourg manufacturer of computer servers has announced that it is postponing the publication of its 2021/2022 accounts, without making any progress. ‘explanation. 2CRSI stock plunges.

A delay that is never a good effect. Each listed company is required to publish its accounts within four months after the end of its financial year. And every year, a handful of issuers take the risk of having their fingers slapped by the AMF and/or the Euronext market operator. If the latecomer company does not correct the situation quickly, a battery of increasing sanctions can be applied: publication of the names of the companies late in publication (“name & shame”), suspension of listing, financial penalties or even ultimately the radiation. The AMF may also take legal action to obtain from the court an injunction to publish under penalty.

The fiscal year of the designer and builder of high-performance energy-efficient IT solutions 2CRSI runs from March 1 to February 28, so the deadline would run until this Tuesday, but the company has indicated that it will not be able to comply with it.

In a press release, the Strasbourg group announced Monday evening the postponement of the publication of its consolidated annual results and its 2021-2022 annual report. Without specifying the reasons for this postponement, 2CRSI claims to have “already taken the necessary measures to finalize the documents as soon as possible”. Society is unfortunately accustomed to the fact. At the end of May 2021, 2CRSI had announced a postponement of its 2020-20221 annual accounts to June 15 before finally delivering its copy… the following July 1.

So far, the company based in Strasbourg near Hautepierre-Poterie has only reported a turnover of 182 million euros for the 2021-2022 financial year, up 11.4% compared to 2020-2021 and had planned to communicate the details of the results on June 27, with a view to holding its general meeting on August 31.

The group “will soon announce by press release the next publication dates” but the absence of explanations is not to the taste of investors: around 11:00 a.m., the 2CRSI share lost 14.7% to 3.65 euros , a three-month low.
