- 250g caster sugar
- 20 cl fresh cream
- 500 g fruit of your choice
- of a blender
- ice cream molds
- of a freezer
In order to make these ice cream sticks you must:
- step 1: mix the fruits you have chosen
- step 2: add the sugar and cream to your mixture, then mix everything together
- step 3: pour the preparation into your molds and place them in the freezer for at least 24 hours
- step 4: enjoy!

A tasty vanilla ice cream
To create your vanilla ice creamyou will need :
- 25 cl fresh cream
- 6 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 2 eggs
- with a whip

For your preparation start with:
- step 1: beat the egg yolks, 5 tablespoons of sugar and the seeds of a vanilla pod.
- step 2: whip the liquid cream into whipped cream then incorporate it into the preparation.
