Zucchini Soup Olaf, from Frozen

For this recipe you will need:

  • 4 zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese (Saint-Moret type)
  • A few mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 wheat tortillas
  • A little gouda
  • Black olives
  • Parsley


Start by washing the zucchini and cut them into large cubes. Brown them in a tablespoon of olive oil. Add 10cl of water, simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Mix the cooked zucchini with the cream cheese. Add finely chopped mint leaves and mix. Add salt and pepper. Leave in the fridge until ready to serve. Make a few circles of different sizes using the tortillas, so as to constitute Olaf’s body (see photo). The nose will be replaced by a piece of carrot, and his face with fine pieces of olives!

Pumpkin soup

For this delicious pumpkin soup recipe, perfect for your Halloween party, you will need:

  • 1.5 kg of pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 potatoes
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 chicken cube broth
  • Parsley, salt and pepper
  • Pieces of kiri cheese

Peel all the vegetables, wash them and cut them into large pieces. In a Dutch oven, melt the butter and brown the vegetables (brown them lightly). Split pea soup

Here are the ingredients for this mouth-watering split pea soup recipe:

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 stock cube
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g carrots, sliced
  • 100g split peas
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150g ham, cut into squares
  • 5cl of milk
  • 50g celery, cut into squares


Soak the split peas the night before in water. In a large saucepan, brown the ham, then add the onion and minced garlic. Add the split peas to the skimmer and the rest of the ingredients. Leave to cook for 1 hour 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. That’s it !
