Tired of standing in the kitchen forever? You don’t even need to bake yourself. This yogurt cake goes in a flash!

Do you love serving your guests homemade cakes? Or do you just want to feast with pleasure yourself? But you definitely don’t have much time right now? Then this yogurt cake is perfect for you. Because it’s super quick and easy. In just three minutes you can put the dough in the baking pan! How does the cake taste? Heavenly fluffy, lemony and, thanks to the yoghurt, super juicy. But now butter for the cakes (by the way, there is no butter in the recipe): How do the quick baked goods work?

You need this for the 3-minute yogurt cake

1 cup of sugar

2 cups of flour

2 eggs

1 cup of sunflower oil

2 cups of natural yogurt

1 pack of vanilla sugar

1 pack of baking powder

2 tbsp lemon juice

1-2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel

This is how it works

And this is how you go about baking your delicious cake in no time at all. Mix all the ingredients together and pour the dough into a greased and preferably floured springform pan. Bake the cake at 160 to 180 degrees for about an hour. You can relax and do other things while the sweet pastries go up piece by piece in the oven. To be on the safe side, do the stick test after 50 minutes to see if the cake is ready. You can take it out as soon as the dough is no longer stuck to the stick.

Cake is ready – what now?

Enjoy! You can also – when the cake has cooled down completely – pour a frosting over it. It’s very easy: mix a pack of powdered sugar (250 grams) little by little with water or lemon juice (tablespoon at a time!) Until a creamy consistency is obtained. Makes the cake even stronger in taste.
