Onion look, undershirts & co. are very helpful in the transitional season, but they are not particularly stylish. We’ll tell you three alternatives that protect you from the freshness of spring and are currently ultra-modern.

Inspired by the new spring/summer collections from online shops and the windows of our favorite boutiques, we can’t wait to bring our summer pieces out and wear them again. With all the high spirits, the fresh spring temperatures often throw a spanner in the works – and we freeze or catch a cold. That’s over now: we’ll show you three styling ideas on how you can already wear your summer pieces.

1. Baggy jeans + crop top + oversized blazer

It’s the style combination of the year: wide and casual at the bottom, tight and feminine at the top. Baggy jeans have burned themselves into our hearts and with them the crop top, which conjures up a narrow waist and a feminine silhouette. Isn’t this 90s look wearable in spring? Do you think! Because what saves us the styling here is a classic oversized blazer. It matches best when you wear it in the color of your shoes. Chrissy Teigen shows us how cool this can look with her red carpet look at an event in March 2022.

2. Tennis socks or leg warmers with a mini dress

Tennis socks are among the it-pieces of the season. Above all, we see the colorful variants, some with patterns, on the legs of models and international fashionistas. The good thing about it: They are not only stylish, but also keep you warm. Especially if you choose a dress or Bermuda shorts. When combining it with a dress, one thing is particularly important: the proportions. Make sure your dress is the right length. If the dress is too long, pulled-up socks will make your legs look shorter. If, on the other hand, you choose a mini dress with a pronounced waist, you shift the proportions by pulling up your socks. The result: endlessly long legs. If you don’t like tennis socks, you can easily grab legwarmers.

3. Combat boots and sundress

Flowing maxi dresses will also accompany us through the summer this year – especially in bright colors like green, pink or yellow. Anyone who can hardly wait to wear them should style them with combat boots. The effect: in combination with the wide dresses, they create a cool break. And as a nice side effect, we benefit from warm feet.

The same applies to hiking boots: They can also be perfectly combined with midi and maxi dresses.
