4 fruit juice recipes for your kids when they wake up

In the morning, fruit juice is one of children’s favorite drinks. They love to enjoy it with toast or cupcakes. So that they can feast on awakening, we offer four delicious fruit juice recipes.

Tired of industrial fruit juices for children’s breakfasts? Good news, you can make them yourself at home easily. You just need some fresh fruit and … a juicer. This machine is ideal for extracting juice from fruits. Otherwise, by mixing them, your drink becomes a smoothie. Indeed, a smoothie is a drink which results from the mixture between a whole fruit (or a vegetable) as well as a liquid (water, milk etc …). It is not strictly speaking a fruit juice.

The advantage of this device is that it retains all the soluble fiber and nutrients in the fruit. Your recipes will therefore be rich in vitamins and more satiating. A very interesting composition when we know that these elements are essential for the health and development of children (but also older ones). In addition, we have taken care to vary the recipes and thus change the traditional orange and apple juice. When you wake up, the taste buds of your little ones will be fulfilled.

Peach and apricot juice

Peach and apricot form a perfect duo for a gentle awakening. This fruit juice is so sweet to taste that your children can drink it all at once.

What you need :

The realization: Wash eight apricots and eight peaches and remove their pits. Cut the fruit into pieces then put them in the centrifuge. Collect the juice in a pitcher for convenience.

Gourmet advice: If you are more fond of acidic notes in your family, you can add the juice of a lemon to the preparation.

Carrot juice

Small exception, we could not miss the timeless carrot juice. If your kids don’t usually like it at mealtime, they’ll change their mind when they drink it with oranges.

What you need :

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 vanilla pod

The realization: Wash the oranges, then cut them in half. Squeeze them, remove the seeds and pour the juice into a bowl. Split the vanilla bean in half lengthwise. Scrape the grains and add them to the bowl, along with crushed ice. Stir and set aside. Wash the carrots and rub them a little. Do not peel them in order to retain as much vitamins as possible. So prefer to use organic carrots. Cut them into large sections and put them in the juicer. Collect the juice obtained, mix it with vanilla orange juice, and pour everything into tall glasses. To drink quickly.

Filter if there is any fruit residue.
