Have you just experienced yet another plant death? It may be time to decorate your home with super easy-care green plants. Here are 5, which barely need water and will survive all your awkwardness and forgetfulness.

1. La Sansevieria

Of African origin, Sansevieria, also known as the mother-in-law tongue, is a heat-resistant houseplant. The real plus of this plant? She particularly fears over-watering. What reassures all those who want a green interior with a minimum of effort.

2. Aloe Vera

Nicknamed "plant of miracles", Aloe Vera has many beauty virtues: it heals skin wounds, relieves itching, moisturizes dry skin and much more. Aloe Vera withstands temperatures up to 40 degrees. In summer, when the soil becomes very dry, you will need to water it once a week. In winter, twice a month will suffice.

3. Morgan's orpin

The Orpin de Morgane is a very unique succulent plant thanks to its leaves which form in the form of small candies. This drooping plant will be superb when placed in a macrame suspension or in an XXL vase. Bulky (its stems can reach a meter), loving the light and needing only little watering, the Orp de Morgane will become the favorite plant of your interior.

4. The Beaucarnea

Beaucarnea is also known as "elephant foot". This totem plant loves sunny places, so be sure to choose the brightest room in your home. And since Beaucarnea is a semi-desert plant, you will only have to water it every two to three weeks during the hot months, or every three to four weeks in winter. The lack of water does not scare him!

5. The cactus

Indispensable and trendy, the cactus is the plant you need if you do not have a green thumb. It wakes up the decor and requires no care. The cactus loves light and heat and is perfectly resistant to the sun's rays. You just need to water it very occasionally. A must-have!
