  • Have at least 1 billion CFU per capsule. 1 CFU (colony forming unit) corresponding to 1 living bacterium ready to reproduce, therefore in good shape.
  • See if the labeling specifies the strain of the bacteria (L. rhamnosus R0011 for example, instead of just L. rhamnosus). Why ?
