What you need :

  • 4 peaches
  • 40 g of pistachio
  • 6 pastry sheets
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon powder
  • 10g butter
  • 1 teaspoon of orange blossom water (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of icing sugar

The realization: Peel the peaches, cut them in half, then cut each half into three quarters. Add (if you wish) the orange blossom water. Chop 10 g of pistachios and mix them with icing sugar and a pinch of cinnamon in a salad bowl. Melt the butter, and brush the pastry sheets with it using a brush. Arrange three of them on top of each other in a mold to miss. Add the whole pistachios and the peach quarters, and cover them with the other three leaves of brik.
