7 little things that make you happier – in just 10 minutes!

Sometimes everything is just "mowing" and we want one thing above all: a little feeling of happiness that builds us up a bit. Would you like good news? Can we have!

Admittedly, no one can find the great, eternal happiness within ten minutes and at the push of a button (among us: eternal happiness is probably unattainable, but pssssst!). But sometimes a little bit of happiness is enough, a solid mood enhancer that makes us just a little bit better. Where should it come from? We have a few ideas …

Little things that make us happier within 10 minutes

1. Music on and dance

Sure, when we're in a bad mood, we don't feel like partying and disco – but between "shitty life!" and "will be there again" are often just a few suitable songs and a little movement. Just try it and have the happiness hormones done!

2. Make fresh bed

Who doesn't like to lie down in a freshly made bed, please? Usually, the relationship itself lifts our mood – whether out of anticipation or because of the pleasant smell of clean laundry. But at the latest when we can finally lie down to sleep in the evening, we automatically feel good and become happier. Good night and sweet dreams!

3. Paint a happy picture

Why do you think we loved to paint as children? Because it is fun and does not require a great deal from us – at least not if we do it without ambition. Just scribble a little in front of us for ten minutes. B. sheep, sun, moon and stars or a small, perfect stick figure world can do wonders in terms of mood. And if you like, you can hang or lay the works of art somewhere where they can later serve as mood enhancers – and then even in just ten seconds.

5. Wash bras
