9-euro ticket: owners face a price shock – the successor is supposed to be that expensive

VDV proposes a 69-euro ticket for nationwide use of local and regional transport

However, Müller did not give any concrete price expectations: “Whether a connecting ticket then costs 39, 49 or 69 euros is secondary.” It is more important that the price has a psychological effect and that it is for people to leave their car at home.
