Pension Insurance had announced an update of its computer systems, in view of the application of the pension reform, in mid-July. For post-reform retirement files, the machine really had to start on July 15. It will finally be on Wednesday, July 12.
Asked by MoneyVox about the examination of retirement files for people born after September 1961, the National Old Age Insurance Fund responded by announcing very good news: it will be operational from tomorrow (Wednesday July 12)announces the Cnav.
In an interview given in June to Parisian, the director general of the Cnav, Renaud Villard, declared: It is from July 15 that our computer system will have integrated the changes. All the tools available to the retired technician will then be updated, and he will be able to tell you precisely what rules you are subject to. on this date, the first applications will begin to be processed.
Pension reform: the first files will be examined in mid-July
As announced by the Cnav (to which the Carsat are attached) MoneyVox, this update will therefore be effective from July 12.
Cases that can finally be investigated
More concretely, this does not mean that you had to wait for this update to send your retirement request for the end of 2023. But all post-reform files were received, processed… but not finalized waiting for the implementing decrees for the pension reform and, above all, for the CNAV’s computer system to be up to date in order to be able to process a request for a delayed retirement due to the reform.
It will now be possible to finalize these files in order to provide you with detailed information on your retirement. Please note: processing times still exist… All files will therefore not be finalized as of July, but this time the Cnav has the possibility of instructing them from A Z.
Example: if you were born in September 1961 and you can leave at the legal age, 62 years and 3 months in your case, your departure file at the very end of 2023 was on stand-by and it can now be finalized.
