Lindenstrasse: That has to offer the final episode "Goodbye"

"Lindenstrasse" ends next Sunday with episode 1,758. For the fans, "Goodbye" offers a minimally extended farewell.

"Goodbye" – with this fitting and wistful title, "Lindenstraße" will close its doors next Sunday (March 29, 6:50 pm, Das Erste) after more than 34 years. A small consolation for all long-time fans of the TV veteran: With a running time of 33 minutes and 28 seconds, the farewell to the series is a little longer than normal. In the past three and a half decades, a standard episode has usually taken about 29 minutes to load into Germany's most famous street.

In "Goodbye" Anna Ziegler (Irene Fischer, 60) is very worried – does she have to go to prison? And there is another shock to cope with: Shortly before the party on the occasion of her 80th birthday, Helga Beimer (Marie-Luise Marjan, 79) suddenly disappeared.

Directly before the final episode, viewers can also watch the documentary "Bye bye Lindenstraße" from 6:00 p.m. In it, former and current actors of the series talk about their experiences and experiences on the set, in addition, memorable moments from almost 35 years "Lindenstrasse" are presented.
