Stocks to follow on Monday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe:
* NOVO NORDISK NOVOb.CO – Novo Holdings, majority shareholder of the Danish pharmaceutical group Novo Nordisk, plans to invest up to $7 billion per year by 2030, the Financial Times reported on Monday. In addition, the group announced Friday that it had reached an agreement with a medical spa and a weight loss clinic in Florida which it accused of marketing counterfeit versions of its treatments for diabetes and obesity.
* ASML ASML.AS said Friday it is preparing to begin production of its new $350 million “High NA EUV” machine, a double-decker bus-sized device that is at the center of its efforts to conserve its lead in a $125 billion market.
* MICHELIN MICP.PA must publish the results of its second fiscal quarter after the close of the Paris Stock Exchange.
* Battery manufacturer ACC, owned by STELLANTIS

BLV.PA – The digital music group announced Monday that it had received from a consortium a purchase offer for all of its outstanding shares at a price of 15 euros per share.
* L Catterton, a private equity company backed by the French luxury group LVMH LVMH.PA, announced a public purchase offer for the shares of TOD’S TOD.MI in agreement with the Della Valle family, majority shareholder of the Italian group, in with a view to delisting the title.
* The Moratti family will sell 35% of the capital of SARAS
SRS.MI to the raw materials trading group Vitol at a price of 1.75 euros per share, in a transaction valuing the oil refiner at 1.7 billion euros, it said in a press release published Sunday.
* IBERDROLA IBE.MC announced on Friday that its net electricity production increased by 4.5% in the fourth quarter compared to the same period a year ago.
