30 months partially conditional – 14 kilos of cannabis produced over six years

A Salzburg resident (48) confessed comprehensively and remorsefully to the trade and possession of cannabis on Monday in the Salzburg regional court. He had produced 13.8 kilograms in his house over the course of more than six years – in total he raised more than 1,000 plants.

However, he does not want to have consumed the drug himself, but rather used it to make oils. The police found 142 plants and almost eight kilograms during the house search. Judge Peter Egger sentenced him to 30 months in prison, six of which were unconditional. He had already served her in custody and was released.
