Seven women filed a complaint after discovering a camera in a hospital toilet.
The facts occurred in November 2021, in the private hospital of Côtes-d’Armor in Plérin, reports Ouest-France.
The hospital employed a catering company and provided them with their own facilities … including their toilets.
An employee then discovered that a camera had been installed inside. She filed a complaint, along with six other women.
A man arrested
After investigating, the police arrested a 32-year-old man, a storekeeper at the same catering company.
He confessed to having installed the camera. He will soon be judged by the court of Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d’Armor).
The police specified that the toilets in question were reserved for catering employees and that no patient had ever used them.
