(AOF) – The ordinary general meeting of shareholders of Advicenne has approved the plan to transfer the listing of the company’s securities on the regulated market of Euronext Paris (compartment C) to the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Paris. The shareholders also approved the plan to delist the company’s securities from the regulated market of Euronext Brussels. Subject to the agreement of Euronext and the Belgian supervisory authority, these operations would take place within a minimum period of two months.
For Advicenne, the aim is to be listed on a market more appropriate to the size of the company, to reduce the costs associated with listing, while allowing it to continue to benefit from the attractions of the financial markets.
