MOSCOW, Feb 18 (Reuters) – A section of a gas pipeline passing near Luhansk, one of Ukraine’s eastern regions held by pro-Russian separatists, caught fire following a an explosion, report the Russian press agencies, quoting correspondents on the spot.
The gas pipeline was the victim of a “powerful explosion”, Interfax reported in particular, citing a local natural gas supplier. (Report Andrey Ostroukh, French version Bertrand Boucey)
