Agnès Cerighelli was given a 10-month suspended prison sentence and a fine of 5,000 euros for cyberstalking a Parisian transsexual photographer.
Former elected official of Yvelines, Agnès Cerighelli was sentenced for having deliberately disseminated intimate photos of photographer Olivia Ciappa, who recently changed sex, reported Le Parisien. The latter’s lawyer declared that these acts “have had dramatic consequences, the moral and financial damage is colossal”.
After the leak of intimate photos of Olivia Ciappa, she had attempted suicide and spent several days in a coma. “This woman is unstable and dangerous”, first declared the victim before continuing: “this condemnation will not be enough to rebuild me”.

Their confrontation began in 2019. Agnès Cerighelli then called Olivia Ciappa “Leader of the LGBTQ + lobby”, remarks which earned her a conviction. The chosen one apparently did not stop there by stealing intimate photos from her computer during a hack, then spreading them on social networks after a sordid blackmail.
According to the victim, the photos would be compromising. “These are photos with some of my partners who are sometimes singers, actors, politicians,” she revealed. As for the accused, she decided to appeal the sanction, finding it “unfair, unjustified and abusive”. A new trial will take place in two months.
