(CercleFinance.com) – GTT announces that it has been chosen by the Korean shipyard Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries to design the LNG tanks of a new LNG carrier on behalf of an Asian shipowner.
GTT will design the tanks of this LNG carrier, which will offer a total cargo capacity of 174,000 m3 and will incorporate the Mark III Flex membrane containment system developed by GTT.
Delivery of the vessel is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025.
