Like every year for more than 20 years, the model Adriana Karembeu is the main ambassador of the French Red Cross.
And it was alongside the writer Marc Lévy that she launched the association’s new national campaign. From this Saturday, May 14 and until May 22, thousands of Red Cross volunteers, across France, will circulate in an attempt to collect the donations needed to supply the local branches of the humanitarian association, founded in 1864. Thanks to this money, the French Red Cross can help the poorest as well as people in danger, both socially and in terms of health.

Adriana Karembeu present in Paris and Dijon
On the occasion of this 2022 edition, the two ambassadors of the Red Cross are present to kick off in the capital. The Red Cross has also unveiled its new campaign, entitled “At the bottom of your home”, this Saturday, May 14, simultaneously in four cities across France: Paris, Dijon, Nice and Rennes.
The former wife of footballer Christian Karembeu has been a figurehead of the association for almost 20 years and has appeared in numerous Red Cross adverts over the years. This Saturday, May 14, the ambassador walks the streets of Paris and Dijon, launching the operation, in order to collect donations from the general public for the association.
