While we are waiting to see the first laptops equipped with Arc Alchemist in France, smart guys have obviously been able to get their hands on such devices in China. They took the opportunity to make them take tests on the 3DMark software.
A first encouraging result
In these tests, a Chinese laptop signed Mechanike was used. It incorporates an Intel Core i7-12700H processor with 14 cores, but we don’t know more about the configuration of the machine apart from the graphics card of course: an Arc A730M GPU.
The TimeSpy scene allows the Intel solution to shine since the graphics score of such a test is 10,107 points on the “Intel” laptop, while you have to settle for 9,462 points on a similar laptop equipped with a solution. NVIDIA RTX 3070 Laptop.
It should be noted, however, that on the Fire Strike scene, the Intel Arc A730M GPU is a little less festive: there, it signs a score that places it between the RTX 3060 and RTX 3070 Laptop solutions. Nothing shameful. It’s an understatement to say that we can’t wait to see GPUs desktop at work.
