Jolie accuses Pitt of domestic violence
Hollywood's former dream couple is in the middle of a war of divorce. For years Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have been concerned with custody of their six children. Now Jolie is said to have even stated that Pitt became violent during the marriage. She probably has proof of this too.
Since Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt separated in September 2016, they have already been in a dispute over custody of their six common, partly adopted children. Now the war of the roses, in which financial agreements should also play a role, is evidently going into the next round and harder guns are being brought up.
Angelina Jolie allegedly wants to prove domestic violence in court. The British "Daily Mail" reports that the US magazine "The Blast" has appropriate court files. Accordingly, the 45-year-old is prepared to provide evidence to support this allegation against her 57-year-old ex. The whole thing is said to have happened during the period of their marriage.
Is it about the incident in the private jet?
After twelve years of relationship, of which the couple was married for two years, according to US media reports at the time, it should have been in crisis for a while before the separation. The trigger for Jolie's final step towards filing the divorce papers was allegedly a few days before an argument between Brad Pitt and son Maddox on the family's private plane. According to US celebrity website "TMZ", Pitt was intoxicated and violent because Maddox did not want to buckle up to land. The incident was therefore recorded by surveillance cameras. It is not yet known whether the allegations that Jolie is now expressing are about this event.
Another document concerns a possible testimony by Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne in court. Since they are still very young, both parents must give their permission. The other three children of the Hollywood stars could testify without their consent, if they wanted to. These are 19 year old Maddox, two years younger Pax and 16 year old Zahara.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt met in 2004 on the set of their film "Mr. & Mrs. Smith". Rumor has it that they came together in 2005. This was only indirectly confirmed in February 2006, when Jolie announced that she was pregnant by Pitt. At that time he was still married to Jennifer Aniston, from whom he divorced for Jolie.
