Fortunately, there are solutions and the transfer becomes a little more flexible since you will be able to completely move your Xbox Series & One achievements to external media.
If you don’t have anything on hand, Microsoft highlights OneDrive. Its online service that Windows users, among others, know well and which allows you to save photos, videos, etc. The problem is that for this type of item, free storage is limited to 5GB. Beyond that, you have to pay 20 euros per year for 100 GB, 69 euros for 1 TB and 99 euros for 6 TB, in addition to other options. If you really want to keep all your captures, this may not be ideal compared to a hard drive for example.
To manage your game captures from a console, press the Xbox button on the controller, then go to “My games and applications”, “Applications” and finally “Captures”. “You can also configure your future captures to be automatically saved to OneDrive, so you never have to wonder if everything is saved correctly”. On PC, there is even a home video editor, Microsoft Clicpchamp, for editing captures stored on OneDrive. But be careful, this is a paid solution after the free trial.
