a boss is ripped in 15 seconds, it’s madness!

New achievement in Diablo 4. A player managed to defeat a world boss single-handedly in just a few seconds. A feat that calls for respect and yet.

Less than a month after the release of Diablo 4 and players are already breaking records in end game. The community is as passionate as it is relentless. Some manage to ridicule the toughest bosses in the game, while others stand out with veritable feats of strength. The latest feat is spectacular, but it revives the debate around a class that is far from unanimous.

A world boss slain in 15 seconds

The debates around the necromancer are likely to come even more heated. A Diablo 4 player has achieved an unthinkable feat: defeating a world boss in 15 seconds flat. An almost inconceivable feat because it usually takes several good minutes to overcome such an enemy. Blizzard designed them to be awesome opponents that offer determined players epic battles and a tad long. It was without counting on a few relentless, able to find builds that can ridicule these bosses in the space of a few seconds and solo please. A player shared a spectacular performance on Reddit and yes, in fact, it deserves respect.

While a troop fights against the boss, the player on the far right arrives and in seven moves it is folded. Only here, he involuntarily revived the debates around the necromancer, a class considered as cheated by a large part of the community. For many players, this Diablo 4 class is able to nullify any boss with the right build and by maxing out the Bone Spear skill. This performance is mainly explained by the equipment chosen by the player, allowing him to strike the eight fatal critical blows to the poor creature, each inflicting a few tens of thousands of damage. All coupled with very specific skills, thus allowing to increase the rate of critical hits.

The debate around the necromancer is picking up again

The necromancer class indeed benefits from legendary equipment increasing their chance of critical hits after using necrophagous tendrils. Add to that the bonuses gained from sacrificing a Skeleton Warrior and you have a devastating character. It’s certainly not the only class that can become overpowered in the right hands, but Barbarians still have a hard time digesting Blizzard’s “inaction” when their class has been nerfed with lower performance. It’s still hard to take the pill, even though it’s a character of their class who ridiculed the worst boss in the game. We haven’t finished hearing about these debates…
