These are rather rare events that took place in the Doubs department on September 15th. A school bus driver allegedly lost control and slapped a teenager after he gave him the middle finger. Shocked, the teenager’s mother wants to file a complaint.
After the famous slap in the face by Wil Smith to Chris Rock at the Oscars, it’s another story of slap that comes to shake the Doubs region. The facts took place on September 15 during a school bus trip to Montbéliard. A student from Beaucourt college was allegedly slapped by his bus driver taking him home. After a tiring day and a hectic bus ride, the driver begins to lose patience when a group of teenagers repeatedly press the emergency stop button.
It is then that he decides to stop the school bus and reprimand the group of young people. He asks all the students who are badly seated to get off the bus at Dampierre-les-Bois. It is at this moment that one of the teenagers who did not appreciate the reprimand allows himself to give the driver the middle finger.
The provocation of the schoolboy does not pass
Even if at first the driver misses the facts and resumes his journey, it is a few seconds later that he changes his mind. He stops his school bus for the second time, goes with a determined step towards the group of teenagers and slaps the 13-year-old student who committed the obscene gesture.
The young man’s mother does not want to let the bus driver’s behavior pass and goes to the gendarmerie to file a complaint. But on the side of the gendarmes, the story is quite different. They are absolutely unwilling to accept the complaint. Scandalized, she spoke to the local press: “I do not understand that the Doubs gendarmerie refuses to take my complaint”. However, she does not condone her son’s behavior, he “should not have made this bad gesture”.
