A Cobra game in preparation at Microids

After his recent projects on Asterix And Tintin, Microids does not intend to stop at comic book adaptations. After signing with the Japanese studio TMS, the publisher announces the launch of the pre-production of a Cobra video game. If for the moment no release date is planned, the return of the famous galactic bounty hunter should take place on PC and consoles.

Little information on the game itself for the moment, except that it will be an adaptation of the animated Cobra. Broadcast in the 80s, the series followed the adventures of a space corsair named Cobra, whose left arm conceals a formidable weapon, the Delta ray. The game should be an opportunity to reform the iconic duo formed by our hero and Armanoid, his android teammate.

“We are delighted to be working on this adaptation of Cobra, a legendary anime that has marked millions of viewers around the world. We are committed to respecting the universe and the characters created by Buichi Terasawa, while offering an immersive gaming experience that is faithful to the spirit of the series. The Cobra game promises to be a great adventure for fans and players looking for a rich and captivating universe. »
