The elected member of the House of Representatives Tim Burchett considers that the American authorities do not take the measure of the risks of serious accidents posed by unidentified aerial phenomena.
Elected from Tennessee to the House of Representatives and former mayor of Knox County, Republican Tim Burchett is worried: according to him, an air disaster between a plane and an unidentified aerial phenomenon is inevitable, he writes in a column published by the Washington Examiner . The elected official relies on the famous Pentagon report listing 144 unsolved incidents involving the army since 2004. And he denounces a persistent lack of transparency: “It is not only unfair to the public, it also puts the lives of our pilots at risk. Many military pilots have reported encounters with UAPs that have no logical explanation. Some of them have warned that it is only a matter of time before a plane collides in midair with an unexplained object.
According to him, recent official initiatives claiming to lift the secrecy of unidentified aerial phenomena, such as the May 17 congressional hearing, are more like a smokescreen: “Our leaders cannot say that they are transparent with the population since these reports and these public hearings do not provide any useful information” deplores Tim Burchett. The member of Congress therefore considers that the situation has changed little over the years: “Despite all these warnings and these incident reports, the first structure for studying the phenomenon was only recently put in place.
