A conference around Disney and Marvel games will take place on September 9, any surprises in sight?

For a while, disney didn’t really care about the world of video games anymore. But as we have seen lately, more and more games bearing the image of the brand’s famous characters have been announced. And that’s not counting the games Marvel, which are invading the market with ever more projects, ranging from free-to-play mobile games to large AAAs. In order to take stock of all the projects in progress, Disney will take advantage of its D23 to hold a showcase dedicated just to Disney and Marvel games (and a little Star Wars).

Full of announcements?

For the first time, a Disney & Marvel Games Showcase will take place. This showcase will take place on Friday, September 9 at 10 p.m. (French time), and will aim to present upcoming news for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm Games and 20th Century Games games.

These last two are however much less highlighted, and apart from new DLCs for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Sagado not expect to see a Star Wars Jedi: Survivor for example, unless there is a surprise.

Disney says new announcements will take place during the showcaseas well as updates on already announced games like Disney Dreamlight Valley Where Marvel’s Midnight Suns. But we will especially see the first information for the Marvel game from Skydance Media, headed by Amy Henningwhich we suspect to be an Ant-Man or Fantastic 4 game (knowing that a game Black Panther reportedly in the works at EA). The appointment is therefore made.
