Not because the animal wanted to oppose this union but quite simply because he had decided to capture her four o’clock right behind the groom who pronounced his vows at the same time.

Their diet is over 90% grass, berries and insects, but when the occasion arises this subspecies of the brown bear also eats meat. It depends on the seasons and food availability.
