Friday, October 28, 2022, a dog was seen with a human hand in its mouth before leading police to make a horrifying discovery in the city of Irapuato, Mexico.
It is a macabre discovery that was made in the city of Irapuato, in the state of Guanajuato, Mexico. On Friday October 28, as the Cervantino Festival, an international arts festival, was in full swing in the area, a dog was spotted on the street, a human hand in the mouth. Quickly alerted, Bibiana Mendoza, the founder of a collective of women, in search of missing persons, followed the animal to a vacant lot, before discovering with horror many garbage bags filled with human remains.
After four days of excavations, the investigators managed to extract 53 garbage bagssealed with ribbons “as if it were a wooden floor“. According to a researcher, the bags all containing human remains were arranged in layers. “The first ones were very high, almost above the ground, it looks like they were less than half a month old” she reported. At the moment the number of corpses is unknown and the remains have been transferred to the forensic service of the city of Guanajuato to be examined and tempted to be identified.
The human remains were in the middle of town
If the dog from the city of Irapuato made a terrible discovery, location of human remains quickly called the authorities.
