What if the protagonists of “Dragon Ball” were animated by artists from Disney studios? An artificial intelligence generated the result.
What would Pikachu, Squirtle and Bulbasaur look like if they were in a Hayao Miyazaki feature film? What would Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley look like if they lived in prehistoric times? Or the superheroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe if they were New York gangsters?
At a time when digital tools that involve artificial intelligence allow the most imaginative fans to visually discover the result of their wildest dreams, there are many pop culture enthusiasts who have fun weaving links between different universes which a priori have nothing to do with each other, or to conceive totally improbable scenarios.
Dragon Ball characters with a Disney twist!
Recently, on the Instagram account entitled AI Dreams, particularly prolific in digital diversions of all kinds, we were able to discover what the protagonists of the famous manga Dragon Ball would look like (whose creator Akira Toriyama unfortunately left us on March 1 at the age of 68) if they had been animated by artists from the prestigious Disney studios.
Did you recognize them?
In order, on the AI Dreams post, we can recognize Vegeta, Goku, Trunks, Krillin, Frieza, Cell, Bou, Piccolo, the dragon Shenron and Bulma, displaying appearances similar to those we are likely to see. to find in the classics of the enchanted kingdom such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin or even The Snow Queen.
